OCES is seeking a dedicated Housing Specialist to support older adults and individuals with disabilities in Brockton area locations, coordinating on-site services and linking residents with community resources.
You will lead multidisciplinary assessments, plan social activities, and communicate with residents and families; this role requires at least two years in human services, a degree in social work or related field preferred, and strong computer and communication skills.
OCES is growing! We are expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, etc. OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services.
