Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Housing Specialist to assist clients with their housing-related goals, conduct housing searches, and coordinate with various organizations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for bi-lingual candidates. This full-time role offers a salary ranging from $47,000 to $50,000 annually and involves developing and facilitating workshops while providing individualized counseling.

Qualifications

• May be required to become First Aid/CPR certified.
• May be required to become certified in overdose prevention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with organizations regarding housing and legal issues.
• Assist clients in identifying housing-related services.
• Conduct housing search efforts for referred clients.
• Develop curriculum for Housing and Independent Living.
• Facilitate Housing Workshops.
