Responsibilities

• Represent eligible clients on civil housing issues and provide legal services.
• Develop knowledge of housing law and poverty law issues.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings and other court filings.
• Research the law and prepare filings for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with MLSA staff and pro bono attorneys to support clients.
