The Salvation Army Northern Division Duluth Corps is seeking a Plover Place Housing Advocate to support adult residents by assisting with living skills, crises response, and creating a safe, respectful environment. This role also manages building access and records interactions.

Based at Plover Place in Duluth, MN, the position is on-site, part-time (about 24 hours/week) and pays $18.65–$19.30 per hour. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one year of experience with the target population served.
• Must pass background checks, including The Salvation Army and MN DHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident support and assist with living skills and crises.
• Manage building access and greet visitors.
• Document interactions, incidents, and logs.
• Respond to calls and provide information as needed.
• Support seasonal or special projects and events.
