Otter Tail County is seeking a Construction Specialist to join the Community Development and Housing team. The role supports maintenance of HRA-owned properties, assesses conditions, and identifies capital improvement needs.

The position also reviews drawings, coordinates with property owners and trades, and oversees capital projects, inspections, procurement, and compliance with program requirements.

• Maintenance of HRA-owned residential properties and assessment of capital improvement needs.
• Review construction drawings and scopes of work and coordinate with owners and contractors.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, inspections, procurement, and documentation for compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide property inspections to ensure compliance with program requirements and project specifications.
• Advise on project processes, respond to questions, and prepare required forms and reports.
• Establish work schedules and priorities to meet directives from the Project Manager and Housing Program Supervisor.
