Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lived experience with mental health services, homelessness, or related supports is valuable.
• Background in recovery-oriented services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in recovery-focused supportive housing services.
• Teach life skills such as household tasks and money management.
• Coordinate with service coordinators to support housing stability.
• Assist with weekly house meetings and life skills groups.
• Provide transportation to medical and case management appointments.
• Document activities and reporting accurately.
