Responsibilities include administrative tasks, data entry, and review of housing files and documents, with an emphasis on organization, regulatory compliance, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in housing management and/or the housing field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation with vehicle insurance.
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-area as needed.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage LHDC Housing Program properties (Village of Corydon and Village Apartments of Marengo).
• Perform administrative activities, data entry, and review housing files and documents.
• Work well with the public and maintain organized documentation and scheduling.
