Job summary
Abode Services in the Bay Area seeks a Program Coordinator I to supervise housing program services for the County, directing staff and ensuring program compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration with landlords and participants, HQS inspections, and data management in WMAT, with a Tuesday–Friday, Saturday schedule and weekend coverage as needed.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field and have 2 years of field experience serving homeless or high-need populations, with a valid CA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of field experience with homeless populations or co-occurring disorders.
- Valid California driver's license, auto insurance and clean DMV record.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise housing program services and direct staff.
- Coach, train and address performance issues.
- Provide housing location services and subsidy coordination with Abode staff.
- Complete HQS inspections accurately and on time.
- Maintain housing files and support Compliance Specialists for program compliance.
- Run rent reports and manage unit/participant data.
- Communicate regularly with housing and services teams to improve systems.
