HR&A is seeking a full-time Analyst based in our Washington D.C., Bay Area, or New York offices. Our analysts form the foundation of a collaborative, data-driven city-building practice.

Analysts are early career professionals with 2-4 years of experience, performing rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing the first draft of insights, and delivering deliverables using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. They coordinate with project managers and partners to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in urban planning or development, housing policy, public administration, real estate finance, or economic consulting.
• Knowledge of California housing programs, regulations, and policies preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and develop insights for clients.
• Draft initial deliverables using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Coordinate with project managers and partners to keep projects on track.
