Job summary

The Salvation Midtown Services & Treatment Center is seeking a Housing Outreach Liaison to monitor all activities in the Substance Abuse Program, including Detox, Residential and Outpatient Treatment, and to perform duties of an Associate Substance Abuse Counselor to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers $45,000 annually and is located in St.

Louis, Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Three years of relevant housing/case-management experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities in the Substance Abuse Program (Detox, Residential, Outpatient).
• Perform duties of Associate Substance Abuse Counselor to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Conduct client screenings and assist with intake processes.
• Coordinate with Intake Coordinator and refer as needed.
• Lead group activities and education sessions per program guidelines.
