Qualifications

• At least 6 months of housing or real estate experience with NYC Department of Homeless Services.
• Experience in case management or social services with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of housing subsidies and entitlement programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing assessments to determine clients’ needs.
• Help clients secure safe and affordable housing.
• Develop individualized housing plans and coordinate with case managers.
