Job summary

Call To Freedom in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Housing Navigator to help survivors of trafficking or exploitation find safe, stable housing. You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and coordinate with community partners to secure housing options.

You will provide ongoing support and advocacy as survivors transition into housing, work with case managers, and maintain thorough documentation. A compassionate, team-oriented approach and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with survivors of trafficking, exploitation, or other trauma.
• Knowledge of housing resources and programs in the Sioux Falls area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with survivors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred.
