Job summary

BRHP is seeking a Housing Mobility Navigation Supervisor to lead a team of 3-5 counselors, ensuring high-quality counseling and adherence to HUD regulations and BRHP policies. The role emphasizes staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring across a region including Baltimore and surrounding counties.

You will coordinate with internal teams, enhance data systems like Yardi/ETO, and maintain excellent client service to low-income families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years counseling experience.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in a public agency or related field.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 3-5 counselors providing high quality counseling services.
• Ensure compliance with BRHP's plans, procedures, HUD regulations and settlements.
• Track counseling efforts for quality and efficiency; manage staff training.
• Monitor timesheets, evaluations, and disciplinary actions; set team goals.
