Job summary

Home Group is recruiting for a housing management role across Kettering and surrounding areas. You will build trusted relationships with customers, take ownership from first contact through to resolution, and help keep neighbourhoods safe by managing anti-social behaviour cases.

• Experience in housing management or similar customer-focused role.
• Confidence managing anti-social behaviour and complex customer situations.
• Knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, and sustaining tenancies.
• Strong organisation skills and end-to-end ownership.

You have

• You have experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.
• You have confidence managing anti-social behaviour and complex customer situations.
• You have knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, and sustaining tenancies.
• You have strong organisation skills and take ownership from start to finish.

The practical bits

• Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5 hpw) with flexibility working arrangement.
• Based across Kettering and surrounding areas, you'll spend 3 days working within your patch and 2 days working from home.
• The team meets virtually each week, with an in‑person team meeting held once a month at our Northampton office.
• You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
• You need an Enhanced DBS check that we pay for.
