Job summary

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is hiring a Housing Manager for a full-time, 35-hour-per-week role based in Crawford County, IN.

The position manages multiple LHDC Housing locations including Crawford County Housing for the Elderly, Marengo Housing for the Elderly, and Milltown Housing for the Elderly. Duties include administrative tasks, data entry, and reviewing housing files with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in housing management and/or the housing field is preferred.
• Applicant must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation and vehicle insurance with the ability to travel both locally and out-of-area as necessary, including travel to other LHDC Housing locations as needed.
• Must be able to pass the necessary background checks required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Complete duties including administrative activities, data entry, and accessing housing software programs.
• Review Housing files and documents; maintain organized paperwork and scheduling.
• Work well with the public and be very organized and efficient with paperwork, regulations, and scheduling.
• LHDC staff work a 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday).

The LHDC Properties that this position will manage are:

• Crawford County Housing for the Elderly,
• Marengo Housing for the Elderly,
• Milltown Housing for the Elderly.
