Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other maintenance items.
• Performs skilled work in one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, locksmith).
• Documents all work in accordance with company policy and maintains tools/equipment.
• Adheres to safety practices and PPE; follows preventive maintenance programs.
