You’ll work both independently and with a team, handling basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks, track work orders on a company app, and join a mission-driven culture committed

Qualifications

• Experience in routine, emergency, and preventative repairs.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and light carpentry skills are expected.
• Ability to maintain digital records and respond to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, emergency, and preventative property repairs.
