Job summary

Neighborhood Partnerships seeks a dynamic leader to provide policy development and direction to support the Oregon Housing Alliance and serve as the public face of the Alliance. This leader will build and sustain relationships with Housing Alliance members, communities affected by housing and economic injustice, nonprofits, lobbyists, and elected officials.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housing policy initiatives and campaigns.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to equity and racial justice in housing policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Neighborhood Partnerships' housing justice work with support from the Housing Alliance Coalition Organizer.
• Facilitate convening and collaboration to develop policy priorities for each legislative session.
• Integrate race equity into all aspects of the Alliance’s work.
• Cultivate relationships with Housing Alliance members, communities affected by housing injustice, nonprofits, lobbyists, and elected officials.
