Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
• Third year law students who can work part-time are eligible.
• Commitment to low-income and vulnerable communities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload in landlord/tenant and homeownership law to promote safe, affordable housing.
• Represent clients in negotiation, administrative proceedings, and civil cases.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and filing of court documents.
• Collaborate with staff and community partners on housing issues.
• Provide in-person intake and clinic coverage 1–2 days weekly.
