Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to retrieve, organize, and present large volumes of data for reporting.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Free from substance use problems for no less than 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grants, renewals, and reporting across six counties with spreadsheet tracking.
• Onboard and supervise Housing Intervention Staff; act as super user in Credible and HMIS.
• Handle grant billing, reporting, and preparation of financial materials and coordination.
• Authorize and submit payments for grant-funded activities.
• Assist with SMI/SUD eligibility for referrals when needed.
• Organize housing resource information for distribution to staff and partners.
• Attend area committee meetings and support special projects as needed.
• Maintain a caseload from outreach to after-housing case management.
