The Providence Center is seeking a Housing and HUD Administrator to assist in housing placement for tenants across TPC-owned and managed properties. The role partners with multiple departments to ensure safe and appropriate living environments for residents.
Responsibilities include managing the housing waitlist, annual recertifications, HUD vouchers, rent collection, inspections, and documentation to comply with HUD and RI Housing standards, while coordinating with tenants and staff.
