Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is seeking a seasoned housing finance and development professional to finance, develop, and implement affordable housing programs. The role collaborates with city and county partners to advance policy and funding strategies, manage data systems, and produce internal and external reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree as specified.
• Minimum of three years experience in commercial real estate development, affordable housing, or related fields.
• Experience with housing policy and finance data systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop housing finance programs to provide affordable housing and revitalize neighborhoods.
• Seek funding from private and public entities to leverage Agency funds.
• Undertake market studies and gather information on effective housing programs.
• Lead or participate in project teams for major housing developments.
• Review loan and bond financing applications and provide funding recommendations.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for governing board approval.
• Coordinate with developers, lenders and staff to communicate programs.
