The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Clerk (Section 8) is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds received by the organization for residents on housing assistance programs. This role will maintain and reconcile resident ledgers with responsibilities of collection for HCV (Section 8) Payments. This position serves as a primary contact for Housing Authorities and residents within the program, acting as a liaison between Housing Authorities and VineBrook Property Management.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: Little to no travel is needed.
