Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Housing Support Services compliant with County, State and Medicaid requirements.
• Assist clients with locating, maintaining housing and necessary furnishings.
• Help clients apply for benefits (Cash, SNAP, insurance, SS) and complete paperwork.
• Budget assistance and use of Housing funds as required by DHS.
• Teach and support clients in independent living skills and tenant rights.
• Coordinate with landlords, county workers, and providers to secure housing.

Education
