Position Details
  • Location: Ballard Neighborhood (Seattle, WA)
  • Reports To: Program Manager
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
  • Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm; with monthly staff meetings on the last Wednesdays at 9am and weekly case management meetings on Tuesdays at 11am
  • Meal Period: Unpaid (30 minutes)
  • Salary: $29.00/hour (Level 1)
  • Benefits: Unlimited Orca Transportation Pass, Medical/Prescription/Vision, Dental, $500 Health Flexible Spending Account, 4 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO), 12 Paid Holidays, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in social/human services related to housing and homelessness
  • Experience or education demonstrating competency with housing instability, mental health, substance use, sexual assault, and domestic violence issues (desired)
  • Training around belonging, compassion, and meeting clients where they are (desired)
  • Experience working with language barriers (desired)
  • Current WA State Food Handlers Permit (desired; sponsorship available if not current)
  • Driving duties may be required: valid WA driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a driving record meeting standards
  • Work and education evaluated for success potential
