Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to enroll in a related Bachelor's degree program within 6 months of hire.
• At least 1 year of case management experience preferred.
• Experience working with substance use disorder, housing services, or vulnerable populations is a plus.
• Community-based role with travel throughout the service area.
• Direct client interaction in various settings (clinic, community, housing sites).
• May involve supporting clients with complex social and behavioral health needs.
• Background check appropriate for the responsibilities of the role.

Responsibilities
