Job summary

Mosaic Vermont seeks a Housing Advocate to walk alongside survivors of sexual harm and intimate partner violence, helping them navigate challenges toward safety and stability. The role includes crisis intervention, safety planning, and connecting clients to resources to secure safe housing and ongoing support for healing.

You will join a compassionate team and contribute daily to community wellbeing, while engaging in after-hours on-call responsibilities as part of a dedicated response system.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing and/or direct service.
• Ability to stay grounded and empathetic when things get intense.
• Ability to share after-hours on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Connect clients to housing resources and support services.
• Support healing and access to stable housing for survivors.
