Experience the magic of Yellowstone National Park in the fall! Enjoy cool fall temperatures, watch geysers erupt against the backdrop of vibrant fall colors, and see the amazing wildlife. As part of our Lodging team for 2-3 months, you’ll soak in the park's natural beauty and provide legendary hospitality to our guests in this extraordinary setting.

Job Summary:

Housekeepers (we call them Room Attendants) are responsible for cleaning, restocking, and maintaining rooms of a hotel or cabins. You will maintain a pleasant ambiance by meeting tidiness and cleanliness standards throughout the location, creating a better and safer guest environment.

The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: August - Mid October
Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

  • Responsible for initial pass through of guest rooms after departure, including stripping of linens and terry as well as the collection of trash and recycling.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators.
  • Keep hallways clear of linen, terry, trash, and recycling. Vacuum corridors and elevator landings prior to guest arrivals.
  • Keep storage closets, supply rooms, and housekeeping carts well-stocked and organized.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas throughout the property.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used properly and safely. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
  • Maintain effective communication with housekeeping and front desk staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and guest service needs.
  • Monitor stock levels of housekeeping supplies and communicate needs to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
