Windsor is seeking a Seasonal Houseperson for a private residential community and sporting club in Vero Beach, FL. The role is a seasonal full-time position with potential to become full-time, paying $17.00 to $18.50 hourly.

The Houseperson will provide outside cleaning and maintenance for offices, amenities, and accommodations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and outstanding service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with housekeeping in a hospitality-related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outside cleaning/maintenance services to Windsor offices, amenities, and accommodations to ensure overall cleanliness.
• Regular attendance and timeliness in all coverage areas.
• Schedule/oversee pressure washing as needed in coverage areas.
• Assist housekeepers with ladder work inside in coverage areas.
• Wash windows; Sweep and blow debris; Cobweb removal; Hose down buildings.
• Assist guests with luggage.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Houseperson is responsible for providing outside cleaning/maintenance services to Windsor offices, amenities, and accommodations to ensure the overall cleanliness with continuing effort to deliver outstanding service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS –Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Regular attendance and timeliness are required in all coverage areas
• May require adjusted work schedules to meet deadlines in coverage areas
• Schedule / oversee pressure washing as needed in coverage areas
• Assist housekeepers with ladder work inside in coverage areas
• Follow directions
• Manage problematic situations professionally and discreetly
• Wash windows

• Hose down buildings
• Assist guests with luggage

Windsor Offices – Torwest/Administration, Property Management, Club Executive Offices, Concierge, and Sales Office

• Clean windows
• Change light bulbs

Windsor Amenities – Golf Clubhouse (Pro shop), Restaurants, Gallery, Locker rooms, Half-way Houses, Village Store, Equestrian, Fitness, and Tennis

• Discard trash
• Clean windows
• Assist in hurricane preparations
