Our SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle is currently seeking an experienced Houseperson Attendant responsible for assisting the housekeeping team in cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests. Position Responsibilities:

1. Stock linen and supplies onto housekeeping carts or into linen rooms.
2. Unload soiled linen from rooms and carts and transport to laundry area.
3. Clean restrooms, meeting, and food service areas as directed by daily checklist.
4. Clean pool, outdoor, and exercise areas regularly.
5. Maintain housekeeping compliance in Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
6. Respond to guest's special needs and requests.
7. Unload trash from housekeeping carts and dispose of refuse.
8. Report needed repairs to maintenance.
9. Sweep, wax, and deep clean flooring/carpets throughout the property.
10. Clean windows and mirrors in the hotel.
11. Wear proper uniform at all times, including a nametag on the right side of the uniform.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
13. Must be available to work weekends.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in hotels (housekeeping, custodian, janitorial, cleaner) preferred.
