Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Scottsdale is seeking a proactive Houseperson to keep our property clean, stocked, and running smoothly. This dual role also includes operating our hotel shuttle to approved locations, ensuring guest safety and timely transportation, with weekend shifts.

You will replenish toiletries, towels, and supplies, assist guests with requests in a courteous manner, report lost and found items, lift up to 30 pounds, and collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to deliver a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a copy of driving record.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/ department.
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests.

Job Summary

This will be a dual role. We are looking for a busy bee to keep the hotel running at tip top shape. This individual will also be responsible for driving our guests to approved locations in our hotel shuttle. The Houseperson will be in charge of keeping the hotel clean and stocked. Each day will be different and require different job responsibilities such as stocking housekeeping carts, collecting and running laundry, and the hotel cleanliness inside and outside. Cleaning may be sweeping, vacuuming, or wiping glass windows/doors. Must be able to lift and caring up to 30 pounds. The shuttle driver will be in charge of maintaining proper shuttle logs and keeping the shuttle clean. Weekend shifts only.
