How You’ll Shine

The Houseperson serves as a supporting role to the housekeeping team. This role will aid Housekeeper(s) by preparing units for cleaning upon guest departure, efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include linen duties, organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of storage areas, and adherence to safety regulations including OSHA and GHS.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the resort and ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Assist with supplies, linen delivery, unit amenities, bed-making, cleaning, trash removal, and organization of storage areas.
• Deliver items requested by guests, such as linens, coffee, and utensils.

• Effective communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation
