Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. You will help keep storage areas organized, manage linen processes, and ensure a safe working environment across assigned sites.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the flexibility to work irregular hours. A valid driver's license may be needed for certain locations; training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Work irregular hours.
• A valid driver's license may be required for some locations.
• Ability to make decisions and plan/schedule tasks.
• Be prompt with all assignments and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Assist in stripping units of soiled linens as directed.
• Remove soiled linens and trash from units.
• Make linen and supply bags as directed.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units.
• Walk buildings to ensure areas are free of linen, trash or equipment.
• Report maintenance issues per procedure.
• Maintain safety at each site and assist guests and owners.
