Join our team as a House Person, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. As a key member of our housekeeping team, your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting with room preparation, and ensuring that all common areas are neat and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
2. Exhibit a pleasing personality to ensure the highest level of guest service.
3. Assist Housekeeping and Front Desk, as needed.
4. Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring, and public areas.
5. Follow written and verbal instructions.
6. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks.
7. Restock housekeeping supplies.
8. Remove trash and sanitize garbage bins.
9. Deliver items to guest rooms upon request.
10. Support other departments as needed.
11. Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
12. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents.
13. Ensure linen closets are stocked with supplies.
14. Remove trash and soiled linens from carts throughout the day.
15. Care for equipment and machines responsibly.
16. Remain courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
17. Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
