The Ben West Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to support the housekeeping team and uphold a luxury guest environment. You will assist Room Attendants, stock linen closets, and deliver items with speed and care.

Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential, along with a commitment to Marriott and The Ben's standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned floors and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean and maintain public spaces including hallways, elevators, stairwells, service areas.
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and service trays from guest floors and transport to disposal or laundry areas.
• Stock linen closets, supply rooms, and housekeeping carts to maintain par levels.
• Assist Room Attendants with delivering equipment and linens.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous service.
• Maintain organized storage areas and workspaces.
• Follow hotel policies and safety regulations.
• Support housekeeping with additional tasks and projects.
