InterContinental Hotel & Conference Center in Ohio seeks a proactive Houseperson to support room attendants, transport linens, stock carts, and assist with cleaning public areas as needed.

You will promote teamwork across departments, respond to guest requests promptly, and help maintain clean, well-organized floors. The role requires basic reading/writing, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• May collect newspaper and other items for recycling.
• Deliver linens and other supplies to room attendants and assist with heavy items as needed.
• Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors.
