This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and who can express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity. The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest hallways, elevator landings, and linen closets. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a heavy amount of weight on a consistent basis.

· Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull heavy amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
· Candidate must have open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
· Must have good communication skills.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
· Must be able to bend, stoop and climb.
