Housekeeping House-person

The Housekeeping House-person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This position includes stocking and inventory of housekeeping supplies, deep cleaning of guest rooms, and assisting room attendants with linen. Candidates must have good communication and organization skills, and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights. This is a fast-paced role that heavily supports our Room Attendants. Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, is required.

This list is not exhaustive, and daily tasks may be adjusted to meet business needs.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work various shifts, especially weekends and holidays (mornings, afternoons, evenings)
• Good organization skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive and helpful attitude as a team player
• Physical fitness to perform all duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, squat, lean, and rotate body
• Genuine service orientation towards guests
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Experience with HotSOS/Rex preferred
