Job summary

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva, WI, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Housekeeper to ensure clean, welcoming rooms and公共 spaces. You will refresh beds, restock amenities, and help maintain a high standard of guest comfort and safety throughout the property.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a courteous, professional demeanor to contribute to an exceptional guest experience and the resort’s all-season appeal.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and courteous manner.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Clean stay-over and check-out rooms, restock towels and amenities.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, floors, surfaces and furniture with attention to detail.
• Vacuum rooms, empty trash, organize closets and restock supplies.
• Make beds, prepare rooms for new guests and report maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow safety rules for chemicals.
