OTO Development is seeking a Houseperson Associate to support housekeeping operations at one of their hotels in Florida. This on-site role involves stocking carts, reporting maintenance needs, and performing both light touch and full clean tasks to ensure guest rooms meet standards.

The position requires physical stamina, pride in cleanliness, and the ability to select appropriate cleaning tools for each task. Training provided and opportunities for growth within hospitality operations.

What will you be doing most days?

• Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies to plan your day efficiently
• Report room maintenance to the front desk staff and other team members
• Know the difference between ‘light touch’ and ‘full clean’ and know how to complete both effectively
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace all room and bath amenities
• Maintain a professional appearance including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment

Physical Requirements For This Position
