Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Houseperson for Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach in Wilmington, NC. You’ll help maintain pristine lobby, hallways, and public areas, supporting the housekeeping team to keep the guest experience welcoming from moment one.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Training and benefits are provided for full-time staff, with opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Strip and prepare guest rooms for cleaning and restocking.
• Stock housekeeping carts with linens, toiletries, and supplies.
• Deliver clean linens and supplies to departments as needed.
• Assist with cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and dust furniture in public areas.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste safely.
• Replenish supplies in public areas as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and follow safety guidelines.

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a high-energy and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our housekeeping family. In this active, guest-focused role, you will be the ultimate guardian of our public spaces - prepping our lobby, hallways, and common areas so they are polished, welcoming, and ready for arriving guests. From maintaining pristine entryways to ensuring our shared spaces look immaculate, your hard work will set the stage for an exceptional stay. What You’ll Do:

• Assist with stripping guest rooms by removing used linens, towels, and amenities in preparation for cleaning.
• Stock housekeeping carts with clean linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to ensure housekeeping staff are well-equipped.
• Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping closets and storage areas as needed.
• Assist with cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, clean stairways, and dust furniture and fixtures in public areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
• Replenish supplies in public areas, such as towels and toiletries, as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to hotel property through the hotel operations software.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
