Description

As a Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. You identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Your tasks include maintaining guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintain housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of shifts to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the linen stock in each floor pantry.
