Job Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
2. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
3. Perform tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, including:

• Receiving linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removing trash collected by room attendants.
• Walking assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
• Picking up clean linen and refilling the par stock on each floor pantry.
