Description

As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

• Upkeep the public areas
• Assist with housekeeping duties such as changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging rooms after guest check-out
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs
• Recognize and report safety hazards and damages
• Maintain organization in storerooms and replenish supplies
• Clean furniture, elevators, glass, planters, light fixtures, carpets, walls, and other public area items
• Deliver special request items like cribs to guest rooms

Qualifications

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Work hours vary based on guest occupancy and staffing needs.
