About the Role

We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.

• Clean all public areas based on budgeted labor hours available per day determined by the number of rooms sold. Cleaning includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting hard surfaces, restocking supplies, maintaining the appearance of the public areas, and emptying trash.
• Properly handle, label, stock, and store chemicals and cleaning supplies.
• Provide exceptional guest service by treating all guests with courtesy and a smile whenever encountered and by responding promptly to guests’ questions, complaints, and requests.
• Assist other team members with tasks such as removing dirty linen from guestrooms, cleaning guestrooms, delivering guest requests, stocking linen and supplies, and other duties as needed to ensure smooth operation.

**Starting wage for this position is $15.00-$17.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**
