Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a friendly House Person for the Courtyard Seattle Kirkland. You will help keep public areas clean, welcoming and orderly across shifts, greeting guests with a smile and supporting the front desk and maintenance teams as needed.

No prior experience required; basic verbal and written communication skills are enough. The role involves standing and moving up to 25 pounds, with evenings, weekends and holidays possible. Eligible employees receive benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Stand and move for entire shifts, up to 25 pounds.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean public bathrooms, meeting rooms and other common areas of the hotel including removing trash, vacuuming, mopping and other necessary functions.
• Greet and assist guests during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Receive and put away deliveries while maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Accommodate special requests by guests and other employees quickly and professionally.
• Assist with cleaning guest rooms, laundry, and kitchen duties as requested.
• Support maintenance by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
