Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North is seeking a dependable Houseperson to support our housekeeping team and maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the hotel. You will assist Room Attendants, restock supplies, and respond to guest needs in a fast-paced setting near Indianapolis North.

We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is required, and a supportive team environment plus Hilton travel

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, restrooms, guest corridors).
• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels and supplies.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest floors and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service needs.
• Clean windows, doors and other public area surfaces.
• Restock housekeeping carts, storage rooms and supply closets.
• Set up and breakdown meeting rooms as needed.
• Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support other departments to ensure a standout guest experience.

What You Will Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, restrooms, and guest corridors.
• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, guest supplies, and other housekeeping items.
• Remove trash and recycling from guest floors and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service needs.
• Clean windows, doors, and other public area surfaces.
• Restock housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply closets.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms as needed.
• Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support other departments when needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
