Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to support hotel operations and maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces. You will respond to guest and team requests, assist with housekeeping operations, and ensure public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces are well maintained throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include handling linen supplies, maintaining carts, removing trash, inspecting floors at shift start and end, and restocking linen on floor pantries.

• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

Job description

The Houseperson plays a key role in supporting hotel operations, identifying maintenance concerns, and contributing to an exceptional stay for every guest through attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence. Support the guest experience behind the scenes as a Houseperson. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel by responding promptly to guest and team member requests, assisting with housekeeping operations, and ensuring public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces are well maintained.
