As Houseperson, your responsibilities include responding promptly to guest requests and department needs, identifying and reporting maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms, and maintaining cleanliness and order in guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises.

• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintain housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of shifts to collect newspapers, trash, soiled linen, and newspapers.
• Pickup clean linen and refill linen stock on each floor pantry.
