Job summary

Concord Hotels in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping operations and maintain a guest-ready environment. This full-time role involves cleaning public areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with room setup to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with a team to deliver clean, safe, and welcoming spaces, including handling guest requests and coordinating with other hotel staff. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment throughout shift.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills with a guest-service mindset.

• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
